📦 Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During sales, events, or holidays, processing may take longer.
Delivery Time
- Within Pakistan: 3–7 working days
- International Orders: 7–14 working days (if applicable)
Shipping Charges
Shipping rates are displayed at checkout. Free shipping may apply to selected offers or order amounts.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.
🔄 Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility
We accept returns/exchanges only if:
- You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item
- You contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order
- The product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
Not Eligible for Return
- Change of mind
- Sale items
- Custom-sized orders
- Accessories (jewelry, belts, bags, etc.)
- Items washed or damaged after delivery
Exchange Process
- Email us at support@nouveaubynoor.com with your order number
- Provide pictures of the received item
- Once approved, we will arrange pickup or ask you to ship the item back
- After inspection, exchange or store credit will be processed
Refunds
We currently do not offer cash refunds. Store credit or exchange is provided for eligible cases.
❗ Order Cancellation
You may cancel the order before shipping. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
